Katie Johnson Bergen
Katie Johnson Bergen is a Senior Vice President of AEW’s Investor Relations Group with responsibility for capital formation, client service and broader firm initiatives. Katie joined AEW in 2024 from Corten Real Estate, where she served as a Principal of Capital Strategies. Before that, she was Senior Director of Capital Strategies and Investor Relations at Sagard Real Estate (formerly known as EverWest Real Estate Investors), fundraising for core through value-added mandates and debt strategies. Prior to Everwest, she spent eight years at CenterSquare Investment Management in a variety of roles, most recently as Director of Capital Markets, focused on capital raising for multiple strategies.
She serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) as Vice President of Finance. She is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and its Capital Markets Affinity Group. She is a Founder and Board Member of Project Elevation, an institutional real estate industry group supporting inclusion initiatives, and a Founder and Executive Committee Member of Real Estate Women of Denver (REWD).
Katie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investments, and Banking.

Baylor Daggmill
Baylor Daggmill is a Vice President of Partner Engaghment with Alliance Global Advisors. Baylor has 20 years of experience in the institutional investment industry with a focus on real estate investment underwriting, portfolio management, investor communications, and the development of ESG programs.
Prior to Alliance, Baylor spent 2.5 years at Deutsche Finance America. There, she led the firm's ESG efforts, including data collection, goal setting, GRESB reporting, Green Building Certifications and development of a Net Zero Carbon Roadmap. Baylor spent nearly 12 years on the Real Estate team at Partners Group. As a voting member of the Real Estate IC, she evaluated value-added and opportunistic funds across all major property types in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. As a member of the indirect real estate investment team, she led due diligence on prospective fund investments and negotiated legal and financial terms. With strategic investment partners, she developed programmatic JVs, co-investments and secondary investments. Prior to that, Baylor worked at the Carlyle Group on their U.S. Real Estate team and at Cambridge Associates.
Baylor has spoken on Real Estate investing and ESG in Real Estate at the Kayo Real Estate Conference, Girls Who Invest, GRESB Regional Insights, PERE Americas Summit and the NY State Bar Association. Baylor was a member of the IREI Springboard Advisory Board and is one of the founding members of the Real Estate Women of Denver networking group.
Baylor graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Gabrielle Porter Hanson
Gabrielle Porter Hanson is a Vice President in Evercore's Real Estate Capital Advisory group. She is responsible for the coverage of institutional investors and advisors in North America and Latin America and is also involved in the execution of capital advisory mandates for private real estate sponsors. Prior to joining Evercore, Mrs. Hanson worked at Almanac Realty Investors where she was responsible for supporting the firm’s business development and investor relations activities. Before that, she was an Investment Operations Associate at Carnegie Corporation of New York for four years and was responsible for overseeing all investment operations for the foundation’s $3 billion portfolio. Prior to Carnegie, she enjoyed a successful acting career in New York. Mrs. Hanson received her B.F.A. from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, with a minor in French and Political Science as well as a Certificate in Business Finance from NYU School of Professional Studies.

Sydeny McGinnis
Sydney McGinnis is a Principal, Product Management in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where she focuses on real estate investor relations. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was a Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales at Black Creek Capital Markets, where she was responsible for fundraising, investor relations, and client management for Black Creek's institutional programs. Additionally, Sydney was responsible for family office relations for the firm.
Previously, Sydney was a Vice President on the Institutional Equity Sales Team at Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for primary sales coverage for some of Deutsche Bank's top hedge fund and mutual fund clients, leveraging the bank's global resources to develop deep client relationships and knowledge around their respective investment processes. In addition, Sydney worked at Nomura Securities on the Institutional Equity Sales Team. Ms. Hare holds a B.A. from Bates College in Anthropology.

Natasha Dolph
Natasha Dolph is a founder of Dolph Capital LLC and Investor Relations at Forterra Investment Partners.
Natasha partners with multifamily real estate operators by implementing investor relations, including fund or syndication launches, capital raising, and ongoing communication.
Natasha Dolph has over 15 years of successful management of investor relations and capital raising programs for private equity and real estate investment managers working directly with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to Dolph Capital, Natasha managed IR & LP due diligence process at EverWest Real Estate Investors, a $5B AUM CRE investment manager with a focus on industrial, office, and multi-family.
Natasha has been involved in professional organizations such as REWD, NCREIF, Reporting Standards & PREA, where she contributes to developing new initiatives such as the Global DDQ standardized template.
Ms. Dolph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto with majors in Economics.
Natasha is a resident of Denver, CO, and enjoys hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sarah Melnick
Sarah Melnick is a sophomore studying finance at the University of Minnesota. She currently works with the Minnesota Council on Economic Education, and assisted in passing a bill last Spring requiring that high school students in the state of Minnesota take a personal finance class. Sarah plans on working in real estate and/or private equity once she receives her B.S. in Finance. Her hobbies include being with friends and family, reading, and doing crafts. She is currently helping REWD with communications and event planning coordination.on goes here
